Vương Xuân Nguyên

Vuong Xuan Nguyen, born in May 7th 1980, is a journalist (under the pen name Quyet Tuan). He was born Cong Hoa commune, Quoc Oai district, Hanoi. Currently, he is the Managing Editor of the Journal of Rural Development Science, Head of the Special Topic Division of the Culture and Development e-magazine, Director of the Institute of Art, Culture and Economics.
Vương Xuân Nguyên
Vương Xuân Nguyên (born May 7, 1980) is a journalist,[2] social activist[3], ornamental plant expert, and rural development expert in Vietnam[4]. He is currently the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Rural Development Science[5], head of the Department of Culture and Development E-Magazine[6], and chief of staff of the Hanoi Ornamental Plant Association.[7][8]
